Anon Posted: Basically a repeat sex offender lives in Ipswich he's been seen hanging around schools in Ip1 area. This guy is a danger to women and children, prison doesn't deter him either. The police won't do anything without proof that he's loitering around schools and the schools have been made aware he's been seen in the area but to me that's not good enough. I think parents and pupils should be allowed to know.

Prior to 2007 Baigent had a log history of sexual activity concerning minors and was placed on a ASBO preventing him from talking to any female regardless of age in a sexual manner.
