Coward Kersey the accused will appeared before Ipswich Magistrates on the 
03/11/16 on charges of Assaulting a woman and criminal damage.

Jury at Ipswich Crown Court convicts 29-year-old Leigh Baines of raping schoolgirl

Leigh Baines, aged 29, of Cavendish Street, had denied two offences of rape and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

He was found guilty of one of the rape charges and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

He was cleared of the second charge of rape but convicted of a charge of sexual assault.

Sentence was adjourned for a pre-sentence report.
