Jury at Ipswich Crown Court convicts 29-year-old Leigh Baines of raping schoolgirl
Leigh Baines, aged 29, of Cavendish Street, had denied two offences of rape and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
He was found guilty of one of the rape charges and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
He was cleared of the second charge of rape but convicted of a charge of sexual assault.
Sentence was adjourned for a pre-sentence report.

Hi Becky, I have taken a look at the photo and comments in question, obviously this page and the admin staff will not allow any comments to be posted against the family of this paedophile I have taken a look at you friends list and entered all the names of other family members into our moderation bot so no one will be able to identify them or comment on them. As regards to the photo I see no reason to remove it due in part to it being a public photo and the people commenting on this post already seem to know him in one way or another. As with all our posts on this page are automatically posted to other forms of digital media the photo in question has already gone out onto the wider digital platforms I do not have the power to reverse this process. Family of leigh baines . Not pedophile. May I firstly add .and it's not a public image it was on a private profile. And it does affect the family as the people now know his family members and it is affecting us .

It would seem you are being angry at the wrong person here the definition of a Paedophile is according the the oxford dictionary, Pedophilia or paedophilia is a psychiatric disorder in which an adult or older adolescent experiences a primary or exclusive sexual attraction to prepubescent children. ... The International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) defines it as a sexual preference for children of prepubertal or early pubertal age. Maybe you should channel you anger more in line with the perpetrator of such a vile crime rather than making a arse of your self trying to justify this scum to us here at spotted. Also you should note that when a person uploads a picture of themselves onto the internet as a public photo anyone can then use it as fair usage as long as that person isn't using the said image for clandestine reasons.
