Power rangers to clean the town of shoplifters and scum bags personally I would rather the money was spent on more Police officers on the streets.

You say you'd rather the money spent on police but the street rangers are part of 'Ipswich Central' which is privately funded and not funded by the public purse that the police are. At least I think that is right.
